  • Yes, all of our products are formulated free of toxins, chemicals, and artificial fragrance. 

Are LING products tested on animals?

  • No, our products are never tested on animals! Our collection of products are cruelty-free.

    What is Shipping Protection?

    • Shipping Protection can be added to any order to ensure y our package is insured from loss, damage, and theft. If opted out, LING Skincare Ltd. is not liable once packages leave our facilities.  

    Can I use more than one discount code per purchase? My discount isn't working. 

    • We allow one discount code per order. You can save any unused codes for later purchases! 
    • If your item is already discounted, no additional discounts can be applied.

      Can I cancel my order?
      • Our fulfillment center works fast to get your orders out as soon as possible! Once orders are being processed, they cannot be cancelled or adjusted.
