Shipping & Handling Charges
Please use the chart below to estimate the standard shipping charge for your order:

For 2 Day Shipping add $10.00
For Overnight Shipping add $20.00
For Saturday Delivery add $25.00
For International Shipping add $25.00
Standard shipping
Standard shipping takes 5 to 7 business days from 12 noon EST on the date your order is entered into our system. Please note: order processing at LING takes place from Monday through Friday except Holidays.
Overnight shipping
Overnight shipping is available on web orders placed before noon, EST, Monday through Friday. (Overnight orders placed on the weekend will be shipped after entry on Monday.) 2 day shipping is also available.
International orders
International orders are subject to additional shipping and handling charges (minimum International Shipping Charges $25). Additional taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary and are charged when your package reaches its destination country. We recommend that customers contact their local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied. Packages that are returned due to unpaid duties and customs will be charged an additional shipping fee.
P.O. Boxes
Ling will ship orders to a p.o. box. APO/EPO orders will be shipped by Priority Mail.
Additional State Shipping Charges
Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands add $15. We cannot guarantee timely shipping to these locations.

Occasionally, prices of certain items in our catalog or spa menu may change before we have a chance to update them online. If your order is affected by one of these changes, we will contact you to confirm an updated price before shipping. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. Gift Boxes
Currently LING does not carry Special Gift Boxes for all our items. Certain items i.e. Soap Set Boxes, are in a specially designed gift box. However we can print a message in a Gift Card and insert it into the shipping box. Please write your message in the comments box before checking out.

Return Policy
Send all returns to: LING Skin Care Returns Dept. 253 36th St. Brooklyn, NY 11232 Exchanges Merchandise can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery date for store credit. Products may be exchanged only once. There is a 20 percent restocking charge for all products returned to insure quality. Sorry, there are no refunds. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
