Anti-Aging
Slowing the progress of aging has always been the number one concern of clients. Every day our facial expressions cause our face to show its age as a result of years of sun damage, lifestyle choices, dehydration, and of course natural aging. Our skin can look 10-15 years younger than our actual age, or we can look 10-15 years older depending on how the skin is maintained and treated.
As we age our skin produces less oil, which since birth has acted as our natural moisturizer. When we are younger, increased oil production results in acne, but as we age, natural oil production decreases, which can result in dryness, redness, sensitivity, and breakouts due to dehydration. In addition, dryness is a major contributor to fine lines which eventually turn in to wrinkles. It is very important to exfoliate daily along with hydrating your skin and wearing SPF protection daily.
